OUR VISION

Big Wheel Capital, LLC is a real estate joint venture lender with a track record of success for investors in value-add residential investments in North Carolina.

 

Our Flip Fund is a 3 year opportunity to participate in joint venture lending to seasoned operators in the network of municipalities surrounding Fort Bragg, NC, focusing on short, value-add projects for single family homes and 2-4 unit properties.

 

A core component of the fund is a deep partnership with Purdeu Home Rehab, LLC, which has been consistently delivering excellent returns to investors for our target project types for over two years.

 

Investors can expect the following experience with the Big Wheel Flip Fund:

  • 10% preferred returns as an interest Big Wheel Flip Fund, LLC, disbursed quarterly

  • 50% share of net profit, also disbursed quarterly

 

Our projections are 15-18% IRR for participants in the fund.

OUR STRATEGY

We approach real estate as a way to help our community -- from our investors and executive team to our contractors, brokers, and buyers.  We create a top quality product through an intense design process that is committed to best serving the members of our ever-expanding network. 

 

Our primary focus is sourcing underutilized plots and underperforming buildings.  We target single family, multifamily, and 2-4 unit properties, as well as other opportunities located in the Fort Bragg community.

 

Each opportunity we undertake, possesses a noted and immediate value proposition beyond passive market appreciation.  

OUR MARKET

The core geographic focus of Flip Fund is the network of municipalities surrounding Fort Bragg, including Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Fayetteville, and others.

 

Fort Bragg is the largest military installation in the United States, home of the Special Operations and the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. Virtually a city in itself, the post supports a population of roughly 260,000 Active Duty personnel, including military families, contractors, and retirees amongst others. 

 

This strong economic anchor makes the area attractive for investment, providing a stable, financially secure population and strong market for our quality projects.
